2011 Lotus Elise Unknown

2011 sees a host of upgrades and changes for the venerable Elise, most noticeably in the form of all new bodywork, new metal mesh intake covers and bonnet vents, and LED running lights. The feature content is also vastly improved as the Touring Pack is now standard with its leather seating, all-leather door panels, upgraded audio system, carpeted floor mats, and additional insulation in the soft top. Also standard now are the leather center console, Lotus Traction Control, the auxiliary Hard Top, iPod connection, and the cool aluminum cup holder that slides out from below the dash. This car is equipped with optional Aspen White from the Lifestyle Paint range, as well as Star Shield clear bra to protect it. As Lotus is focusing on Evora production and development of the up-coming New Era cars, Elise allocation for the US will be very limited making the new 2011s rare even by Lotus standards.
