2008 Ford Escape I Limited

As a fast-selling compact SUV with a Hybrid in its line-up, the 2008 Ford Escape gets some minor design modifications this year. With four doors and passenger capacity for up to five, the Escape comes available in two or four wheel drive, in XLS, XLT and Limited trim levels – with your choice of either an inline 4-cylinder or a V6 – as well as the popular Hybrid version equipped with a 133 horsepower 2.3-liter gas-electric inline 4-cylinder and a 1-speed CVT automatic transmission. EPA estimates for the Hybrid are excellent, falling in the 34 City-30 Highway range.
