2008 Chevrolet Impala SL1

My fiance and I are selling our 2008 Chevrolet Impala LT with a 3.9L V6 motor with 69,545 miles, this motor has the cylinder shut off when you are cruising at a certain speed it switches from 6 cylinder mode to 3 cylinder mode. When you are going 70 on cruise in 6 cylinder mode the car gets 27mpg and when it switches to 3 cylinder mode it moves up to 36mpg. this car also can use flex fuel. we have owned this car for two years now and we have only had routine maintenance and recall repairs done to it. we run 5w30 Mobile 1 full synthetic oil every 3k miles it has recieved an oil change. the car has two recent 235 55 R17 on the front and two brand new ones on the rear. this car is in perfect condition other than the normal wear and tear. the windows are tinted 15% from Extreme Vehicle Designs in Noblesville Indiana with a lifetime warranty against fading, cracking, bubbling or pealing and I have the receipt for that warranty. the tires that are brand new on the rear are continental conti-sports purchased from Walmart with the road hazard warranty in case something happens to then you recieved a new tire for free. the car is equipped with fog lights, CD player, XM radio, cruise control and radio controls on the steering wheel, wood grain dashboard along with door accents, bucket seats in the front bench seat in the back, rear seats fold down to gain access to the trunk, 8 way power driver seat, keyless entry, factory remote start, dual climate control, power windows/locks/mirrors, TPMS, 17" clean allow rims not the junk plastic rim covers, Chrome exhaust tips, brand new duralast gold ceramic pads from autozone with a lifetime warranty when it is time to get new pads front or rear take thw pads off and take them to auto zone and they will Exchange them for free. this car has a 100k mile powertrain warranty through general motors, it has a clear title never been in an accident. The only thing you will see if you pull a car fax report is the recalls that were fixed at general motors expense. we are the second owners if you don't count the dealership as an owner of you do we are the 3rd. the car rides and drives like a dream very comfortable we drive it to Michigan every few months and it is very comfortable for the 4 hours each way. I am asking $14,400 for the car, Kelly blue book says the car is worth $14,865 and NADA says the blue book is $14,725.
