2005 Ford GT 2 passenger American exotic "Supercar" . ( 48 miles on the odometer of which 28.8 were spent at testing at the factory prior to delivery, 20 miles have been added during test drive only.) The engine is a handbuilt 550 horsepower 5.4 liter double overhead cam V8 with a 6 speed manual transmission/Ricardo limited slip transaxle with a 3:36 gear ratio. THIS VEHICLE IS THE ULTIMATE IN WORLDCLASS AMERICAN PERFORMANCE capable of over 200 MPH and a 0-60 time of 3.5 seconds. It is a contemporary update of the multiple Le Mans winning American racing legend the GT40. The automobile features a super-rigid aluminum chassis, a mid engine design, rear wheel drive, fully independent double wishbone coilover suspension system. It has four wheel ventilated antilock brakes with matching color Brembo calipers. The body panels are plastic formed aluminum, the wheels are forged aluminum with 18" and 19", the seats are carbon fiber, the exterior color is Mark IV Red with Ebony leather interior finished in brushed and polished aluminum accessories. (The trend here is "lightweight"). Stainless steel dual exhaust, a dry sump lubricating system, driver and passenger airbags and Goodyear Supercar tires are just a couple of additional features. This vehicle has been thoroughly protectively wrapped in a garage since delivery. It was unwrapped only once and that was to photograph to publicize.
