2003 Kia Rio Slk32

This car has to get close to 99 miles per gallon. Maybe more! Just looks like it would, right? OK, the EPA says it only gets 30 highway. Still a perfect commuter car, either way. Inexpensive and looks easy to fix if it does need repairs. Pretty simple car. As you may know Kia is one of the fasted growing car companies in the US right now. They are building their reputation.
