2000 Ford Excursion 4DR

The truck has 72,998 original miles and has averaged right around 5,200 miles per year. Thats low considering most average drivers put 15,000 to 18,000 miles per year on a vehicle., , The vehicle was garage kept by the previous owner and it shows, the paint is in excellent shape with a nice And deep glossy shine. It does not have any rust on the lower doors, around the wheel wells and the frame is as clean as the rest of the vehicle. I also checked for rust underneath the weather strip on all 4 doors and there was no rust ( see close up photos ). The interior is very clean with no unusual wear on the leather seats, the carpet is clean and there are no odors in the vehicle ( non smoker )., , I drove the truck and put around 50 miles on it and mechanically its in excellent shape. It starts right up and idles smooth, accelerates without any hesitation and the transmission shifts smooth through all gears with no issues. At highway speeds ( 65-70 mph ) it drives down the road straight with no unusual noises or vibrations And it does great around town. Its just a well kept vehicle and I wouldnt hesitate to drive it on a 1000 mile round trip. He put it up on the lift and inspected the bottom of engine and transmission. He also checked the oil level and condition of the transmission, front And rear differential and transfer-case And they were all full and clean. He replace the engine oil And filter And all other maintenance was up to date.
