We purchased it from the Virginia Department of Transportation where it was maintained to a degree which makes most taxpayers uncomfortable. This is a work cargo van that runs like BRAND NEW! While it does not look that way, the motor pulls like it just came out of the factory and it gets great fuel mileage.
