1998 Ford Explorer SLT 25

2nd owner, very very dependable Ford Limited Explorer. Limited edition comes with extra features such as: steering wheel controls for radio and AC/Heater; computer display for gas mileage, trip odometer, systems check; exterior keypad; upgraded engine/transmission; towing package., I've owned this car since 2001 and can attest that it is the most dependable car I've ever had! I've only had to do regular maintenance--it's never broke down on me or left me stranded. Recently I've had a fresh tune-up and new starter installed., As with most all vehicles of this age/mileage the check engine light is on. Probably the O2 sensor but it still runs great. Only minor thing it that it causes it to idle a bit low when started for the first few minutes., Car does have a cracked windshield in far lower passenger side. The hood latch pull broke years ago so I have the cable out the front grill (part is $40 on eBay). There are some scratches and minor rust spots here and there on car as you'd expect. , The interior is in overall great shape. No tears in leather other than small one on drivers seat on the side. No cracks is dashboard or anything like that. Radio/CD player works great and has steering wheel controls. AC/heater work perfectly. It does have a power sunroof also., Overall there are some blemishes with car but for its age/mileage it is priced very well at only $3000.
