1996 Chrysler Town and Country S Sedan Under FULL Factory Warranty

REASON FOR SELLING, We received an anonymous gift of a new (used) car. We do a lot of volunteer work and our friends wanted to support us. So, it's now time for us to say goodbye to a reliable friend of 12 years. We've owned it since '99., , EXTERIOR, No accidents, no body damage, no dents. All glass in fine condition; no cracks. Overall, paint is fine; normal aging issues. Michellin tires at 40% of treadlife. Ride and steering are particularly good for a minivan this age...a joy to drive!, , INTERIOR (LEATHER), Color is tan. Small tear in driver's seat with some cracking. Otherwise, in very good condition. Carpet is very clean and has good floor mats. , , ENGINE, Largely highway miles. Engine sounds and runs great. Regular oil changes have enabled us to get great life out of it. Brakes are just months old., , TRANSMISSION, Replaced at 125k. That means current one has only 102k on it. Shifts perfectly., , KNOWN ISSUES, CD and cassette do not work (radio does). Heater works but could be hotter on those really cold days., , LASTLY, The 1996 model of the Town & Country was ahead of it's time and set the pace for style and functionality. This one is the LXi, which was the best trim package they offered. Although aged, this is truly a marvelous van.
