1992 Cadillac Deville Unknown

This here is a 1992 Cadillac Sedan Deville. To my knowledge, I am only the 2nd owner of the vehicle. The car runs good sparingly. I know that there is an oil leak, but I don't know exactly where its at. And also, the car does't accelerate at full capability. As of right now, I do not know exactly why it does that, but I got a mechanic looking at the car to see exactly what the problem is. The car has brand new tires on it that I purchased from Dobbs.
