I am a R.V. Dealer that collects Muscle and Classic Cars and Trucks. I am 65 years old and guilty of only one thing ; falling in love with these Beauties ! Fortunately , there are several manufacturing companies that still make every piece and part that this truck is made out of and for much less than a local Chevrolet Dealer ; this being LMC. I spent six months driving in and out of Florida to find this vehicle. Most all of the vehicles that I journeyed to were grossly mis-represented ; in dis-repair , full of bondo , rust , dents , tears in upholstery , bad carpeting , sagging and torn headliners , rusted beds , mechanically un-reliable , 250-k miles and with slipping transmissions and other issues. I looked at one in Orlando for $19,500.00 that was literally a piece of junk ! The best words that can describe this situation are “ SAD and PATHETIC “ ; be assured that the description provided by me will be very accurate & honest. I am an old hand at 60-40 lead , prior to the bondo days !
