1989 Mercury Cougar LE 4-door

1989 Mercury Cougar XR7 Super Coupe. 90,730 actual miles, Michigan clean/clear one owner A title. 3.8L Super Charged V6 engine. 5 speed manual transmission. Air, tilt, cruise, full power everything. Dual front power, leather seats. Dual front lumbars seats, power antenna. Aftermarket alloy rims, aftermarket clairion detachable face am fm cd stereo, with remote. Security system, keyless entry, loaded. This car was a trade in car, not wrecked or an insurance total. I believe it to be all original paint except for the right rear quarter panel. The car is completely stock, except for the radio, and wheels. It runs and drives excellant with like new tires. This car was built in the late 80\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s to compete with the Buick Grand Natioinal. It is very fast, and very collectible, especially with the 5 speed manual transmission. Everything seems to work except for the air conditioning. No leaks, and the car drives perfect straight down the road. The car overall is in excellant condition for a 21 year old car. The car is definately not perfect, with the price reflecting that. The car has some rust and cosmetic issues as follows. The front/nose of the car including the hood, has some stone chips in it. Two small one inch paint scratches in the lower front of the right front fender. The bottom of the right door and lower front of the right rear quarter panel has rust. The right rear quarter panel wheel well lip also has rust on it, and two small door dings in the upper middle front of it. The rear bumper cover has some light repairable scrapes, and chips in it. The upper surface of the rear truck lid also has some cosmetic chips in the paint of it. The right rear tail light is broken. A small dent/crease in the lower rear of the left rear quarter panel. Some rust and one small ding on the wheel well lip of that quarter. The bottom front of that quarter panel, the bottom of the left door and fender, also have some rust. The rust on the left side does not appear to be as bad as the right side. A tiny ding in the front middle of the left front fender. The interior is very clean. Just showing some light wear in the leather of the back cushion of the left front seat. Some light wear in the right front seat on the lower cushion, and far right side of the back cushion. The drivers front carpeted floor matt has a stain in the middle of it. The actual carpet, rear seat, and the rest of the interior is like new.
