The Ferrari Testarossa is a 12-cylinder, 4.9L, 390hp mid-engine sports car manufactured by ferrari, which went into production in 1984 as the successor to the Ferrari Berlinetta Boxer. The Pininfarina-designed car was originally produced from 1984 to 1991, with two model revisions following the ending of Testarossa production and the introduction of the 512 TR and F512 M which were produced from 1992 to 1996. Almost 10,000 Testarossas, 512 TRs, and F512 Ms were produced, making it one of the most-produced Ferrari models, despite its high price and exotic design. In 1995, the F512 M retailed for $220,000.[4] Testarossa means redhead in Italian and is so named because the engine heads are painted red. , , This particular car is a 1988 Ferrari Testarossa manufactured in 12-87. It has 14,400 original miles and was bought new in Hollywood California. The original books and window sticker are included. In 2009 at 11,100 miles, the AC was completely rebuilt. In 1998 at 7,200 the engine out service was performed including a new water pump and timing belt. The only upgrades to the car are a complete Tubi stainless steel exhaust system which makes a beautifully sounding car sound even better and a AM-FM-CD in place of the AM-FM-cassette deck. The rest of the car is completely original and in great shape. This is a must see car for any enthusiast.
