This car has been my personal car and is my all time favorite of any car I have owned. I will attempt to tell you everything that has been done to it but am sure I will leave something out. I purchased the car in 2002 and did a frame off restoration. Every nut and bolt was removed from the car. Starting with the frame, it was sand blasted then powder coated. All suspension parts were removed, sand blasted and repainted. The engine has been completely rebuilt. It now has a roller cam and lifters, solid steel main caps were installed and lined bored. Valve train was updated to heavy duty, cometic stainless steel head gaskets were installed along with head studs. 60 lb. fuel injectors and voltage booster and bigger fuel pump. The turbo was upgraded to a TA60 size and the intercooler was replaced with a 21 row precision intercooler in the stock location. Complete Terry Huston stainless steel dual exhaust and down pipe. Has LS1 GM mass air flow sensor, heated oxygen sensor and an Extender Extreme G computer chip and the MAF translator Gen II by Full Throttle. Every hose, bearing, clamp, you name it was replaced. All new fuel lines, & brake lines. Transmission has been rebuilt with shift kits and a Vigilante torque converter. Posi traction rear end with 3.42 gears and axles were upgraded to Moser high performance axles. Rear trailing arms have been boxed, has HR Parts stuff rear sway bar, and motor mounts on both sides. Max launch kit and rear brake lock out. Aluminum rear brake drums. 7 body mounts on each side and rear seat cross members for rigidity. Mini starter also installed. Bumper fillers have been replaced with the new fiber glass design. All factory wheels were sent out and reconditioned. Ceramic brake pads to keep brake dust down. Estimate horsepower to be over 500. Mostly driven on the street but have taken it to the track just to see what it would do. Runs in th 11's. Running out of space to say more. Over $35000 Invested.
