1979 Triumph Spitfire for Sale. Designed as an economy British Sports Car similar to Austin Healeys Sprite and MGBs Midget, these cars provided a sports car enthusiast an economical sports car to drop the top and head out for a cruise! A much smaller version than the TR6, the much lighter Spitfire is powered by a 91 CI, 4 Cylinder with a Zenith Carb and backed by a 4 speed transmission. Finished in bright red, its accented by a new soft top, chrome luggage rack, and a set of Triumphs factory rally rims carrying 175-70R 13s. The interior remains stock with the addition of an AM-FM stereo. Sporty as well as economical, and ready for FUN!
