1978 Pontiac Trans Am, , , , Here is a very nice 78 Trans Am with the 400, Manual, and Gold Package, , , Check out my store for more great Unique and Classic Cars., , , This is a sweet car. This is the car to start with if you want to have the right car when you are done restoring. This is a 78 Car that has the 400 Engine and has a 4-Speed Manual Tranni til someone switched it out for a 3-Speed Manual. Not a huge deal. This car also has the gold package which is what you want. This car did run when I would start them up every month or so. I have not been able to keep up on it so the car has just been sitting for awhile. Might just take a battery and new gas a probably would just fire up but I'm not promising anything. Just want you to know it has been sitting awhile and I don't know for sure what it would take to get it running again. The odometer shows 8K Miles and I would say the car has 108K Miles. Its a nice clean car. It also has the 4 Wheel Disc Brakes which was a rare option on these as well. , , , The exterior of this car is in good condition but is not perfect. The silver paint is faded and I'm not sure if it would take a buff or not. It does have the Big Bird decal on the hood still. There is very minimal rust on the outside of this car as you can see. Just little spots behind the wheel wells which is very common on these cars. This car does have the T-Tops that have the Gold Trim which is what you want. The body is very straight on this car. It does have a nice set of Aftermarket Wheels and Tires that look good on the car but are not Factory. This is a nice clean car that just needs someone to tinker around with and have themselves a very nice classic car., , Options:, , , Manual 3-Speed Transmission, , 400 , , T-Tops, , Power Windows, , Factory A/C, , Vinyl Seats, , Gold Package, , Aftermarket Wheels and Tires, , , , , , , The interior is in really good condition on this car. It has the red interior that goes great with the silver exterior. The vinyl seats in the front do show signs of wear and are starting to come apart and that is why the seats covers are on. The back seats are in near perfect condition and barely looks like anyone ever sat in them. The carpets are in really good condition as well. The door panels are in the same great shape. The dash has a couple cracks in it and the headliner is starting to fall in a couple spots. If you look the steering wheel is also gold which was a rare option on these. The car does have Power Windows, Factory A/C, and T-Tops. This is just a great car that has been kept in good shape over the years. , , , This is a very nice classic project car that just needs some tinkering around with and you will have yourself a great car. , , , I took pictures of every detail of this car so you can get the full picture and know exactly what you are getting.
