1975 Pontiac Grandville GLS Special Value - Frederick Md

For Sale is a 1975 Pontiac GrandVille Convertible. The engine is believed to be the original 400 V8 with the 4 barrel carb and a TH400 transmission. The odometer shows under 45,000 miles, but I do not know if it is 44,000 or 144,000 and I could not speculate to either benefit. Shown in the original light blue which I think is called Bimini Blue. The car was in a private collection since May of 1993 where it was stored in a climate controlled dry storage. The car was repainted I believe, but it was before its previous owner purchased the car. Some of the body work on the top of the 1/4 panels is starting to pop as shown in the pictures, as well as the area behind the back window where the factory seams the car. The car shows well but would be considered more of a driver than a show car. The Grandville was among the biggest Pontiac's ever built and with its Radial Tuned Suspension, including front and rear sway bars, radial tires and pliacell shocks makes this car goes down the road like its on a cloud. The floors of the car are in really nice shape. The frame is solid, but does not look pretty. The undercoating is peeling off in many places, and what lies underneath is very solid and found it mostly to be undercoating peeling. The car is certainly driveable, and the brakes and suspension feels tight. The windows are power and all functioned. The power top is operable, the latches work and the glass is in good condition. The top has some spots that have torn, but lets face it, if your driving this car the top is down anyway. The original parade boot is blue and included with the car. The original interior is in driver condition as well. The seats are not perfect, but have no major tears. The carpet is faded, but original. The trunk is very solid and the carpet in the trunk is nice as well. The original spare tire, jack, and cover are also in the trunk. The factory AM/FM 8 track player was operable. All the lights and switches worked.
