EMAIL FIRST: rfv1964@aol.com I WILL NOT TAKE PHONE CALLS UNLESS WE SET UP TIME TO TALK & I WILL GIVE YOU ALTERNATE PH# , , WAS $25,999 TO $23,500 obo, , This is not a CHEVY El Camino...., , This car is so rare that the site doesn't even have an option to choose for it., , This car is GMC's answer to the El Camino SS. It's called a GMC Sprint Custom SP., The El Camino was a SUPER SPORT Same thing but way lower numbers on the SP's like 35,000 to 3,500.difference. Exact numbers are availible for each color online., , This car has a replacment 454 engine w/ Turbo 400 tranny. Car started life out as a 350 4 bbl but was dealer changed when new. This engine is super strong and lights the heck out of the rubber if you push down too hard on he pedal., , I recently put a bed tonneau cover on the car. It can be seen at Craftecinc's website. It's not the kind that has all the snaps it's a removable bed topper, it's the top of the line expensive cover., , This car has had work done, a restoration many years ago and it's worn well but you can see a chip here and there and some slight imperfections when up close. But overall it's a very nice restoration. (I'm very critical because I assume that a buyer will be) Again it's not until you're right up on it that you'll see a little chip here and a tiny mark there. But all that you have to know before you come here., , Car is located in New York but spent most of it's life in the mid west then ended up in Florida. I and my wife bought it in Florida in 2005 and drove the baby home. (yes that 454 loves gas, lol.), , The car hasn't been used regularly but has been started enough to care for it. But I recently bought a new battery for it and after a slight down time it started right up., , I'll also state that I was worried when I saw tranny fluid on the ground under the car, but after extensive research and almost flatbedding it to a major custom tranny place I was told that the turbo 400 tranny's will leak it's fluid from it's torque converter when not used for a lenght of time. The fluid leaks out of the converter and then up the dipstick. Check with any good and reputable tranny person or on the internet, you'l lsee the same. I was going to put this on a trailer and tow it there for tranny work, those were some good local guys., , The bed is sprayed with a black bed protector and it's a great liner type thing, I love it much better then those junkie plastic liners, it doesn't move.., , Vehical has air shocks and they do work and are plumbed so both can be filled through the one air outlet., , Any questions please email 1st., , Thanks, Rob., , PS- PRESENT ANY INTERESTING TRADES WITH CASH. NO WATERCRAFT OF ANY KIND. THERE ARE FAR LESS SPRINTS UT THERE THAN THERE ARE EL CAMINO'S., , , PS- As far as trades - WIFE IS LOOKING FOR A SMALL SPORTY 5/6 SPEED MAYBE WITH CASH TOO. Again, please - NO WATERCRAFT OF ANY KIND NEEDED.
