Just recently restored is this beautiful Cranberry Red 1972 Chevy Chevelle Super Sport Convertible. It was a very solid car and a great daily driver when the car came in here a month ago! We took it right in the shop and pulled the body off of the frame, blasted undercarriage, frame, and striped most of the outside body to bare metal. When pulling the car apart we did find the original build sheet and is comes with the car. Unfortunately cannot yet tell if the car had the SS Option for it is real dirty and decade in that particular area. From everything we can tell in our opinion this car was a SS straight from the factory! The motor is a great running 350 4 bb that was all cleaned up checked over and detailed beautifully out of the car. It is backed up by a great running 350 automatic transmission, new dual exhaust, and a 10 bolt possi rear end. All new parts were put on the exterior of the motor including belts, hoses, plugs, wires, carb kit, dual exhaust, and much more. The bucket seat with full console interior was near perfect when the car came in with all the SS gauges, factory tachometer, dual gate shifter, original Am radio, power steering, power brakes, tilt wheel, and power new black top! This stunning Chevelle drop top is riding on a set of brand new torque thrust American Racing rims with good rubber. The paint and body is laser straight with a beautiful cranberry red finish with black Super Sport Stripes. The chrome, rubbers, top, interior, paint, wheels, frame, undercarriage, and motor are all very nice and detailed and is ready to jump in and drive to your next classic car show and enjoy!
