1970 Pontiac Catalina Unknown

1970 Pontiac Catalina 2 Door Hard Top. This barn find has been stored for over 20 years! 350 V-8 , 3 speed on the column. Needs complete interior carpet, headliner door panels. Seats are intact but they need to be recovered. There is enough of the door panels left to get an idea of the original color and pattern. Glass is in real good shape, no cracks or brakes. No radio. Has the visors and rear view mirror. Has heater controls and wiper switch but wipers do not work. There is minimal rust on the floor panels. Trunk floor pan does have rust. There is a dent on the left rear side marker area. Door hinges do not drop when they are opened. The door, hood, and trunk gaps are nearly perfect. Does not appear to have any body work. Below average rust on the lower fenders and quarters. Surprisingly good chrome and trim. Starts, drives, stops. All lenses are intact and in good condition. Drove it about 20 miles after I put a new battery in it And fresh gas! Does not smoke. Great brake petal! Under side of car has been painted, again no rust in floor plans. Does not have rear valance pan under rear bumper, but the rest of car is complete. Car has original spare that looks like it has never been on the ground. Car has Illinois title. This car is unusual because from the factory it came with no air, manual steering, brakes and transmission. Restoration has been started on the under carriage and engine compartment. Do not forget that this car is a HARD TOP!
