1963 Chevrolet Corvette Unknown

For sale in our St. Louis showroom is a stunning custom 1963 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible. This car is far from your run of the mill \63 Corvette as nearly every part has been customized in some way. This Corvette has been smoothed, molded, and de-cluttered in every way to give a sleek and slippery look unlike any Vette on the road. The front end is extremely customized as the bumper, lights, and grille have been removed and replaced with the turn signal bar from a \57 Chevy. Poking through the hood is a set of dual quads, mounted to a tunnel ram intake which feeds a 350 CID V8 power plant. The engine exhales through a set of 4\ side pipes that are header wrapped to avoid burnt legs. The transmission is a 4 speed manual with a Hurst vertical gate shifter. Adding to the uniqueness is the fact that the convertible top and all of its components have been completely removed. Since the car is permanently open, the side windows have also been removed as well as the exterior door handles. One thing that has been added is a feature never available in a \63 Corvette, a trunk! Under the rear deck lid where the convertible top would typically hide, there is now a nicely finished storage space. The back end is customized to match the nose with molded bumper, and smoothed tail light bezels. All of the custom work is finished off with a slick coat of Dupont Miyon Orange with gold pearl and Chromalusion flames. The paint is like a mirror and must be seen to appreciate. This car is equipped with power brakes, tilt column, seat belts, vinyl interior, and aluminum wheels wrapped in radial tires.
