1956 Ford F100 Unknown

For Sale is a 1956 Ford F100 running project truck. The truck is a work in process, the doors and hood have been replaced with solid doors, which is why they are different colors. The hood is a tilt front end MMB hood tilt kit. The engine is a small block Chevrolet 350 casting number 3970014, which could be either 2 or 4 bolt main, and I am not sure which it is. The engine runs good, no noises. There is an Edelbrock intake with a GM quadrajet carb on top with shorty headers. The exhaust is dual all the way out with outlets below the rear bumper in the center. There was an aftermarket wiring 12 volt wire harness installed and all seems to function well. The trans is a TH350 and the rear end seems to be a posi unit, as it always will spin both rear tires. The frame looks to be very solid, with the only modification looking to be the engine/trans. The stock leaf springs and drum brakes with master in the original position are still there as well as the steering gear box being original to the truck. The wheels are aftermarket chrome nuggets with BFG radial T/A, all with good tread. The interior is out of a Ford, both seats are power black leather. The factory speedo works, when the truck was apart at some point in time, someone put dynamat throughout the inside and also put in a new one piece headliner. The body overall is very solid, I took pictures of the bad spots. Overall a very repairable truck, drive it as you fix it, this would make one cool rod, and its ready for your finishing touch.
