Obviously, Dale Earnhardt, or even his father Ralph Earnhardt never drove a 1940 Chevy, but this car was built as though they could have., , This car is build on an ASA chassis that as you will see in the pictures is totally set up to run on a race track. Here is the kicker though, this car is 100% street legal as well. Thats right ladies and gentleman, you can legally drive this beautiful 1940 Chevy Master on the streets of your home town. This car has headlights, tail lights, turn signals, and even wipers. Now, you arent taking this down to your local piggly wiggly for a gallon of milk and some eggs, but you can take it to your local shows, or road coarse track days, or yes even your local short track and turn some laps., , Under the hood of this beast is a 358 Nascar style engine matted to a three speed tranny. Believe you me when I tell you that she has more than enough power to get you where you want to go in a hurry. As you will see in the pictures there is a quick change rear end as well, and yes, the body lifts up on this car mechanically for maintenance. All you have to do is flip a toggle inside the car or you can use the handy key phob and do it from outside the car. This particular part was wired with a smaller breaker so it takes a few minutes to get the body all the way up, but the builder didnt want anything in the wiring to burn up so just have a little patience with it.
