1974 Dodge Charger SE

Ask for Mike when inquiring about this fabulous Mopar! This is by far one of the most beautiful 3rd generation Dodge Charger models you will every see. It is a SE, build sheet certified, numbers matching jewel, that received a full restoration, in outstanding overall condition. The body is excellent with show quality correct B5 Blue paint, new SE exclusive high grade vinyl top, matching all new matching two tone blue interior, and detailed to the nines. All of the sheet metal is original with no patch panels and no rust. It is laser straight, especially the quarter panels, and body fit up. The rebuild of the power train started a 71 theme that carried over to the whole car. That is because the original 318 V-8 was bored 30 over then an Edelbrock aluminum intake-carburetor combo was added along with 71 valve train, cam, and exhaust manifolds. The motor compartment looks brand new! Factory style exhaust was used with great sounding turbo mufflers and square chrome tips. The 727 Torqueflite transmission was rebuilt including the torque converter. This is no normal lame 318. It has plenty of power and drives fantastic. The 71 theme continues with the rear “Go Wing”, 71 grille, stripes, and graphics. It looks great! The immaculate interior features new fabrics from Legendary Interiors including the seat covers, door panels, carpet, and headliner. The dash is original and still very nice. The cold factory AC keeps you comfortable on those hot days. All of the wiring was redone so everything works and a hidden CD stereo is mounted in the glove box. It sounds terrific! The chassis was fully refurbished with all new bushings, shocks, brakes, rotors, calipers, fuel tank, and necessary hardware. The rear shocks are pneumatic so you can control the rake. It rides on a new set of 15 inch American Racing chrome 5 spoke wheels with Cooper Cobra raised white letter radials. This car is super smooth and is an absolute joy to drive. It is very reliable and could be driven every day. By the mid seventies our beloved muscle cars were being morphed into personal luxury cars so many restorers are injecting a little muscle back in. This is a perfect example of that goal. No corners were cut on this restoration and the results are in the high quality finished product. This car only has about 400 miles since completion. There are many cars on the ole inter-web over $50K that are no match for this fine Charger.
